Planning for Change: California Climate Change Vulnerability and Adaptation Summit

On 17- 19 September 2019, the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is holding a summit and workshop to showcase current case studies they are leading using bottom-up vulnerability assessment procedures.

The intent of the summit is to foster a discussion about moving from the ambition and vision in Governor Gavin Newsom's April 2019 executive order promoting water resilience, specifically through the use of multi-purpose, collaborative planning under climate change and other uncertain stressors.
