AGWA Accepting Nominations for Board of Directors Positions

The AGWA Board of Directors will have multiple openings after the current term, which concludes at the upcoming Annual Members Meeting on 19 August 2023. We are now seeking nominations for candidates to serve on the Board!

Self-nominations or recommendations for colleagues are being accepted now through 14 August. Terms for the volunteer positions are for three years. More information on the role and its responsibilities can be found here. Anyone interested in nominating or applying is asked to submit the following materials:

  • a brief nomination letter or statement of interest (for self-nominations)

  • a one-page CV

Nomination packets can be submitted to AGWA via email. The open positions will be voted on by members attending the Annual Members Meeting on 19 August, whether participating in person or virtually.
