The Associação Portuguesa de Distribuição e Drenagem de Águas (APDA) announces COP Água 1! This two-day event will bring together leaders in water management, energy, agriculture, tourism, civil protection, industry, and academia; this conference will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, innovative solutions, and practical strategies to strengthen climate resilience.
The Specialized Committee for Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change (CEMAAC) of APDA decided to organize this event to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences, as well as the formulation of suggestions that, directly or indirectly, can contribute to better preparation and adaptation to what could be a new reality shortly.
To this end, besides the representation of the water sector, it’s of the utmost importance to count on the participation of all sectors, such as Hospitality/Tourism, Energy and Communications, Agriculture, Civil Protection, Nature Conservation, Industry, and Academia.
