Harm Duel is Head of Department Water Resources Management and Adaptive Planning at Deltares, located in Delft, The Netherlands. Harm also serves as member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the World Water Quality Alliance — an initiative of the UN Environment Programme and the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission.
