Invitation to the 12th Meeting of The Hague Roundtable on Climate and Security
The Hague Roundtable on Climate & Security is an independent initiative to support international cooperation on climate impacts. The 12th Roundtable Meeting will take place from 13-14 April 2022 under the theme Resilience in food-water systems: groundwater & irrigation practices with focus on Central Asia.
You’re invited to join with experts from water, agriculture and research organizations in the Southeastern United States and internationally to share approaches in water and agriculture projects. This hybrid event will feature presentations and working groups to discuss needs and potential project cooperation on water and food security adaptation in Central Asia.
A live/online panel will convene at IHE Delft Inst. for Water Education in the Netherlands, and in India hosted by the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR). These panels will connect online with some 150 officials meeting live at Mississippi State University to explore opportunities for collaborative action
