Water and Climate Change Mitigation

On 4-5 November 2020, the conference Climate change and the European water dimension – Enhancing resilience took place virtually to examine the role of EU policy in achieving climate resilience. The conference was initiated in the context of the German EU Council Presidency and organized by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, Germany, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action, Portugal, and the Ministry for Environment and Spatial Planning, Slovenia.

During this virtual event, AGWA’s Executive Director took part in a segment on cross-cutting themes, presenting material and answering questions related to “Water and Climate Change Mitigation.”
