Executive Assistant

Trinity Ille joined the AGWA team in October 2024 as an Executive Assistant, bringing a wealth of expertise in executive-level office management and support. With experience at prestigious organizations such as HealthSaaS, Intel, and Alpha Media, Trinity has honed her skills in budget creation, supply chain and logistics management, staff supervision, human resources, project management, financial oversight, and event planning. Her commitment to fostering collaboration and spearheading projects has driven the success and efficiency of the executives and teams she supports

In 2020, Trinity turned a challenging period into an opportunity to further her education. She graduated from Portland Community College with the highest honors and a 3.9 GPA in September 2023, earning an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Business Administration, Supervisory & Management Development, and Project Management. Additionally, she earned a Supply Chain & Logistics Certificate.

Trinity is deeply committed to environmental stewardship, embracing the spirit of Aloha from her childhood on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. She looks forward to working with the AGWA team to enable collaboration on water and climate projects that will drive solutions for resilient water resource management.

In her free time, Trinity enjoys spending time with her husband Frank, their two cats Yoda and Bing, their children, and three grandsons. An avid home chef, she loves experimenting with new recipes and hosting family gatherings, with Thanksgiving being her favorite event.
